Harry’s Acquires Baby Brand Coterie

Mammoth Brands, corporate parent of e-tailer Harry’s, just acquired Coterie, the baby care brand Coterie, well-known for its diapers and baby wipes, for an undisclosed amount. Since its launch in 2019, Coterie has sold over 700 million diapers, mostly direct to consumer. Net sales for he brand in 2024 totaled USD 200 million, a Y-o-Y growth of close to 60%.

The acquisition will fasten growth for Coterie, which already has retail partnerships with Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Erewhon, as well as expand product categories.
